  • Artechlabs reserves the right to suspend access where it reasonably suspects unauthorised use, security risk, or breach of these Terms.

Client Responsibilities & Acceptable Use

  • The Client will provide accurate project and workflow information required to configure the Platform.
  • The Client is responsible for the accuracy, legality, and completeness of Client Data uploaded to the Platform, including inspection details, drawing references, and supporting photos. Intellectual Property

Artechlabs and its licensors retain all right, title, and interest in and to the Platform, including all software, design, trademarks, and underlying technology. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of the Platform to the Client. Artechlabs grants the Client a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for its internal business purposes during the Subscription Term.

  • Artechlabs may suspend or terminate access for misuse of the Platform or breach of these Terms.
  • On termination, the Client may request export of its Client Data within a reasonable period, after which Artechlabs may delete such data in accordance with its data retention practices.

Service Availability & Support

Artechlabs will use reasonable endeavours to maintain the availability of the Platform, excluding scheduled maintenance and matters outside its reasonable control. This includes the WhatsApp integration, which is provided on a reasonable-efforts basis and may occasionally experience downtime, delays, or interruptions caused by third-party platforms (such as WhatsApp/Meta) that the Service depends on. Support is provided in accordance with the support arrangements agreed with the Client from time to time.

Warranties & Disclaimers

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
