Cookie Policy

Last updated: 16 October 2026

This Cookie Policy explains how Artechlabs Ltd ("Artechlabs", "we", "us", "our") uses cookies and similar technologies on the Conforma platform and associated website (together, "Conforma"). It should be read alongside our Data Protection Policy.

What Are Cookies

Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website or use a web-based platform. They are widely used to make platforms function correctly, improve performance, and provide information to the platform owner.

How We Use Cookies

Conforma uses cookies and similar technologies (such as local storage) for the purposes summarised below.

Managing Cookies

  • Most browsers allow you to control cookies through their settings, including blocking or deleting cookies.
  • Where a cookie consent banner is presented on first use of the Platform, non-essential cookies (functional, analytics, and third-party) can be accepted or declined at that point.
  • Disabling strictly necessary cookies may prevent the Platform from functioning correctly, including login and session management.
  • Preferences can generally be updated at any time through your browser settings or, where available, the cookie preference centre within the Platform.

Third-Party Cookies

Certain features of Conforma may rely on third-party service providers (for example, hosting, analytics, or support chat tools) that set their own cookies. These third parties are responsible for their own cookie and privacy practices, and we encourage users to review their respective policies.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the cookies we use or for legal or regulatory reasons. Material changes will be indicated by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this document.
